The St. Robert Redevelopment Project

Property History

The St. Robert Redevelopment Site is located at 23802 Lake Shore Boulevard. It is the site of the former church and parish buildings, which have been demolished by the City of Euclid in the early 2010s. Only the former surface parking lot remains. Spread across 5 parcels of land, the site is approximately 7.86 acres between Lake Shore Boulevard and Elmwood Drive.

The Project

After responding to a request for proposals issued by ECIC in December 2026, the Development Team has collaborated with ECIC and the City of Euclid to develop a site plan that brings 53 new single-family homes to Euclid while providing public benefit through the construction of a new multi-purpose trail and stormwater benefits.

Draft concept plan for the Project, including 53 new single-family homes, a 10-foot multi-purpose trail and on-site stormwater retention. The final site plan is subject to approval by the City of Euclid.

The Development Team

In May 2026, the ECIC Board of Trustees approved entering into a purchase and development agreement with Loreto-Davis Euclid, LLC for the St. Robert Redevelopment Site.
