The Board of Trustees has up to eleven members made up of the Mayor, President of Council, two Councilmembers to be elected by City Council, Director of Planning and Development, Director of Finance, and the Chairperson of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Euclid. Additionally, two trustees appointed by the Board, one trustee to be elected by the Chamber of Commerce, and one trustee to be elected by the Euclid Development Corporation.
