What We Do
ECIC drives housing investment in the City of Euclid through two programs:
- Build Euclid Program – Focused on new housing construction, this program supports developers of infill housing and new subdivisions to bring modern living to Euclid.
- Open Door Euclid Program – With more than 23,000 homes across Euclid, this program matches homes in need of renovations with interested owner-occupants or investors to make affordable homeownership a reality.
